Resetting mobile phones is like formatting a computer and will tend to lose all of your data on your specific storage device.

Steps to consider before reformatting your mobile phone.

Back-UP
Data back-up allows the user to save his/her important data saved on his device like contacts, email accounts, username and password on the internet, captured moments like photos, videos, audio recordings.

Battery Power
Be sure to use a charge battery on resetting your mobile. Technicalities might occur if during reformatting your battery ends up and will lead your phone operating system to be corrupted or will brick your phone.
